In less than 24 hours, on Saturday, July 7 at 5 pm GMT the Scientific team of “The Intention Experiment” will be holding their first Germination Intention Experiment. With this experiment, thousands around the world will send an intention to try to make barley seeds sprout earlier and grow more healthily.

If you aren’t aware…science has proven the existence of the law of attraction in scientific labs. A few years ago Lynne McTaggart chronicled a number of scientific efforts which pointed to the existence of a quantum energy field in her book, “The Field-The quest for the Secret Force of the Universe.”

Now she and a scientific team are attempting to prove the power of intention while using folks like us as part of the experiment.

The first experiment was an enormous success when 400 people sat in a hall in London and intended for a leaf in the University of Arizona (yes, across the ocean!) to ‘glow and glow’. The results were highly significant - so much so that the results can be seen on photographs from special imaging systems.

This experiment is being carried out at the University of Arizona’s Laboratory for Advances in Consciousness and Health at the University of Arizona, under the direction of psychologist Dr. Gary Schwartz and his team.

They are testing whether intention can help seeds to sprouts earlier and grow into a healthier plant with less disease.

We will send intention to one, randomly chosen set of seeds. The University of Arizona lab team will plant our target seeds plus three sets of control seeds. Over the following two weeks, they will measure whether the target seeds germinate first and also whether they are healthier than the controls.

Well the rumors have started. If you enjoyed the movie, “The Secret” you’re in for a treat. Indications are that there will be a Sequel called “The Opus”…the Action Plan for Success.

Apparently many of the cast are returning as confirmed by producer Douglas Vermeeren (a fellow Canuck)

It’s slated for a November release with distribution rights already lined up in North America, Africa and Asia.

The idea is that it picks up where The Secret left off…and actually spends more time teaching about performance and how that fits in with achieving your intention.

That part should quell the detractors who take issue with the “think it and it will appear” slant from the original movie. We both know that’s not what they said…but it sure didn’t leave us with an “action plan”.

Now this isn’t confirmed, but I’ve heard that this movie will accept investors, for $250,000 you can get rights to video distribution, official coaching programs and lots of fun stuff. Stuff that the “anti-materialistic” mob should have a hey day with.

There’s enough complaining about all the folks catching the wave and capitalizing on the success of “The Secret”.

Heck, I even had a run-in with the lawyers of the production company…I’ll tell you about that one soon.
